Well, its been 5 weeks of working my butt off in the gym and stciking to 1200 cals a day and the scales are finally moving, i have lost 4-5lbs!!! I also started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred today. Day 1 of Day 30…I am going to do this…I have to lose another 11lbs to get into my dress for my 1st dress fitting on September 1st. 4 months to lose the fat…wish me luck!

Well, 6 weeks have passed. I have lost 8lb!!! 11lb to go until the dress fitting in 3 months. I started Level 2 of Jillian Michaels 30day shred to day, it is brutal!! I have been doing this DVD for 11 days now, the weight loss has defintely increaed since working out for 20 intense minutes every day, i also attend a cardio/body combat class for an hour on a thursday night and stick religiously to 1200cals a day…and its working. The weather is gorgeous at the mo so i am taking full advangeous of the 30 minute walk round the block at lunchtime away form the desk but just hoped that this message is a little inspiration for you ladies who are also trying to lose weight befor the big day. apparently the last 10-11lbs are the hardest to come off as they are the bits that we hate most of all, dreaded back fat, tummy and hips so these are the bits that are next going to come off. Don’t lose faith gorgeous brides out there,it is most defintely worth it!!! The bit that i can’t get used to is going for the size smaller jeans in my wardrobe, i am still heading for the old faithful bigger pants?????xxxx
