OK, first and foremost, you have just been diagnosed with TB, which is pretty serious! Moreover, if the doctor wants to do an LFT then he probably suspects Hepatitis as well. With any luck, you’ll just have an uncleared Hep A infection or something, which isn’t very serious. None of these things will stop you having a baby, but they are really, really not good for your general health. You also need to rule out having Hepatitis before you get pregnant, because of the risk of maternal transmission.

Once your health has improved and the underlying infections have been dealt with, you should then seek specific advice about unblocking your fallopian tubes, which is probably the reason for your lack of success in TTC.
