I would hide it until 20 weeks if I were you: A lot of people don’t announce their pregnancies until 12-20 weeks anyway, and while you’ll think you’re HUGE, nobody else will be able to tell if you wear loose clothing.

After that, it’ll be your choice to be honest with your employer or not. I think honesty is generally the best plan but you might find its not a very positive environment. Either way most states/provinces have laws against discrimination on the basis of pregnancy. Your first 2 reviews will show your record so if the 3rd one is totally different, you’ll definitely have basis for a case.

Yeah, they can’t fire you because you’re pregnant, probationary period or not.  I would wait 12 weeks at the very least and maybe more depending.  Congrats BTW!

Yay congrats!! The PDA should keep you from being fired, but not everyone is law abiding or ethical. Sadly, I concur on the hide it advice.
