Sorry in advance if this isn’t okay to ask here, just looking for some woman to woman advice.
My husband and I are dying to know. Am I pregnant or am I having a miscarriage? There was brown blood this morning, but now its a light red. Not a heavy flow. Only shows on tissue. moderate cramping. Last night i had a positive test, now I have a negative. My periods are always very painful and always very heavy so all of this is abnormal for me.

It’s possible you are having an early miscarriage (what some call a chemical pregnancy) especially since you had a positive test and now it’s negative (were they the same brand?)
unfortunatley, there’s not much you can do. If the bleeding gets worse, miscarriage. If it stops, you are likely fine. You just kind of have to wait and see. Which sucks. I’ve been there.

In all honesty it could be nothing or it could be the start of a miscarriage. Bleeding is the one symptom where you should always call your doctor/midwife
Some women have light bleeding and cramping and everything is fine. hope that that’s the case for you!!

I’d go to the doctor and have them check it out. My cousin had super heavy bleeding and baby was fine, one of my co workers had light bleeding and ended up having a MC.

Okay thanks yall. We are going to the doctors tomorrow. And they were different brands 🙂
We are hoping I am pregnant. We will be heartbroken if I am misscarrying.

I’m so sorry Amy. My first pregnancy was a chemical pregnancy. I got BFPs for a week before they started to fade and AF appeared. It was absolutely heartbreaking, but there is life after your chemical. That said, definitely take time to grieve the baby you conceived. xx
