saratiara2:  thank you! I mentioned this in another thread this same comment was made before I saw this post. It can actually be stressful not having symptoms. I know no one has said if you don’t have symptoms it’s a bad thing, but I guess it sort of makes it feel like that’s what’s implied (not by posters but by docs etc). If ‘don’t worry symptoms means good’ is said, off course that would imply the opposite is true. Otherwise there wouldn’t be a connection in the comment. It would be more ‘don’t worry, having nausea doesn’t mean anythjng is wrong! rather than it MEANS things are good. 

Clearly i’m symptomless (minus tiredness) and it haa definitely freaked me out in the oast but not once has a doc or midwife ever said ‘donr worry, not having symptoms means everything is going well’ as then if I did get symptoms, what then?
