The symptoms I had beforehand were an unusual amount of fatigue, some lower back pain, mild cramping, and extremely sore nipples. If I hadn’t taken a pregnancy test I would’ve assumed I was just having a really awful bout of PMS. My breast tenderness didn’t kick in until after I found out I was pregnant and nausea didn’t start until about 6 weeks in.
ETA: I wasn’t trying to get pregnant so I don’t think I tested “early” per se. I ovulated a week later than I thought I did, so I took one pregnancy test and got a negative result when I thought my period was three days late, which actually would have been 9-10 DPO. Four days later I retested and got my positive.

With my first, I didn’t have my usual PMS breast pain (usually started between 5-8 DPO), and from 8dpo on I had INTENSE night thirst/dry mouth. Got a faint positive at 11dpo.
Second time around, I had the thirst again but not nearly as intense and I assumed it was all in my head because I was expecting it if I was pregnant haha.

I actually did have weird symptoms that were different from my normal PMS symptoms: I had night sweats (I run super cold so this was bizarre), extremely vivid dreams, and my boobs felt hot, not just tender; I also had this “heavy” feeling in my uterus. Maybe I was mentally exaggerating since I hoped to be pregnant but the dreams, sweats, and hot boobs were definitely not typical PMS for me!

My pregnancy symptoms before my missed period were cramping (felt just like AF was on the way) and sore and tingling breasts. Unfortunately these were also normal prementsrual symtoms for me, so I was just 100% sure I was about to get my period!

with all of my pregnancies it felt like bad PMS, very sore breasts and cramps like af is on the verge of coming and then never comes. Also a bad reaction to wine and some food, like reflux that isn’t normal for me.
