Currently 20 weeks pregnant and experienced similar drop in symptoms throughout my early pregnancy. The anxiety hasn’t really gone away for me even though we’ve now had three healthy ultrasounds. If you don’t have any bleeding or cramping, you’re most likely fine. I find it helpful to verbalize affirmations.. “Today, as far as I know, baby is healthy”. Try not to worry until you have a reason to. I know it’s hard, but added stress isn’t great for the baby.

hafh2016 :  You sound just like me when I was about 8 weeks.  I panicked when I thought my symptoms stopped. But I am 23 weeks now and as I found out…..symptoms come and go. There will be days you feel pregnant and have nausea, hungry, soar breast, fatigue..u name it and then days u will feel totally normal and almost forget that you are pregnant. I know it’s so hard….but I just tried to enjoy the good days bc you never know when you will have another one where you feel that good.  Although you may be lucky and continue to feel great. Some women do! If so count yourself lucky. I had a hard time with anciety until I got into the second trimester. I still get nervous sometimes……I think it’s normal for pregnancy but as long as you arent bleeding or cramping badly try not to worry. I know it’s easier said then done!!

hafh2016 :  yes definitely. Especially in early pregnancy. I wouldn’t worry one bit.
