confusedbee456:  if it helps, I had the same symptoms (cramping, but no AF).  I took a test every day until I was 10 days late and all were BFN.  Then, the next day, I got a BFP! I just had bloodwork done and confirmed I was pregnant.  Sometimes, especially with the cheap strips, it takes longer for a BFP

If you really are a week late, a pregnancy test would be accurate. Have you been doing anything to track ovulation -OPK’s? Temping? My guess is you ovulated later than usual, making AF later than usual. TTC does screwy things sometimes 🙂

Glasgowbound:  good point- I only tested positive so late after my missed period because i must have ovulated much later than i thought.  My cycles are irregular so i wasnt truely that late

confusedbee456:  I had one like that last cycle and almost convinced myself I was pregnant… every other type of test was negative. I think it’s just the dye – in my frantic searches for pics of postive tests, I realized that the positive line is much closer to the base line and thinner than what your pics shows.

Sorry, but I’m pretty sure it’s negative.

confusedbee456:  Wait, why did you take it apart? If it was positive it would’ve showed a second line in the window. Sorry if I’m mistaken, I’m not TTC or familiar with testing.

confusedbee456:  Haha ok. I also read your OP and you said you took it apart because you were annoyed. That’ll teach me to speed read! GL on your TTC journey and fingers crossed that you get your BFP soon!
