Okay ladies, I need to get my exausted lazy butt off the couch and start execising again. I was doing p90x before I found out I was pregnant, and I think thats too intense to do now (im almost 17 weeks). I occasionally work out with weights that I have still but I dont feel like its enough to really get a sweat going. Are there any highly recommended work out dvd’s aimed for pregnant women? I want to feel safe when im working out even though im generally fit, dont wanna hurt my little one!
Please throw suggestions at me! Any that youve heard are good or know from first hand experience, im dying to work out again!(I hate myself for cancelling my gym membership a couple of months ago haha!)
