@Mrs D:  Didn’t start until 3rd tri for me, around maybe 32/33wks.  Was very light until 36+ weeks when it got a lot heavier; worked out well because my son was born at 38wks so it was nice to already have my milk in by that point.  Apparently, it’s not just linked to PG; found that out the hard way when 3yrs later, I still leak every now and then.  Virtually any kind of stimulation sets my body off thinking it’s trying to feed something… luckily OB says it’s normal; go figure!

I just started about a week or so ago (around 30 weeks, I’m 31 weeks 3 days now).  I had to get some breast pads because sometimes it’s pretty bad (I was using tissues).  I didn’t think it was too bad but one morning I woke up soaked through my shirt.  Since I’ve become more used to it the past couple of days I can now usually tell when I’m leaking.

I’m not soaking anything, but I have a little bit leaking here and there. It seems to be more at night.

I’m 35 weeks tomorrow and I haven’t had any leaking yet – really hoping it stays that way for the next 5 weeks!

I didn’t at all when I was pregnant.  But, you did just remind me of something that I thought I’d share (dont mean to thread-jack, and maybe most ladies are aware these things exist, but I didn’t know…)  Not that it would help with the leaking now, but when you have your baby, if you’re breastfeeding, this might be useful: (I have friends that swear by it – they never need to pump!)
