You should have a positive test by now but weirder things have happened. I’d call your doc, missing 4 periods is not normal.

My mum didn’t get a positive test with me til she was 9 weeks – the doctors thought she was crazy but she was certain she was pregnant. Having said that, four periods would make you up to five months pregnant so …..

The spotting and cramping could be anything. I would go to your doctor and request a bloodtest – that’s really the only way to know for sure. For what it’s worth, I’m 6w3d and the only symptom I’ve had is a sore lower back (which I’ve had for 3 weeks – since before I found out I was pregnant :))

Go to the Dr and get a blood test. It’s unlikely that you are pregnant, but there is a phenomenon called the hook effect where you start getting negatives on certain pregnancy tests when you’re far enough along, so it’s better to be safe than sorry!
