Lots of designers make pregnancy versions of some of their normal dresses. Bari Jay does this for sure. I know Dessy has a selection of dresses they recommend for pregnant women, but they are normal dresses, so length could become an issue esp. at 8 months with twins. Just play around online on the major websites or ask at the local bridal salon.

I will have an 8 month preg bridesmaid.  We ended up deciding on a empire waist chiffon dress that would need to be hemmed anyway and was a size too big for boobage growth.  When it comes in, she’ll just have to get it altered to fit.  This is her first so we have no idea how pregnant she’ll get.  I think it’ll work out though!

When my BFF got married she had a pregant bridesmaid and she just bought an empire waist style dress from David’s Bridal. Most shops have maternity dresses. Alfred Angelo has some nice ones as well.
