I think you should be prepared for the possibility that she can’t be in the wedding at the last minute but continue as though she will be.

I’d let her bring the baby with her and maybe a sitter as well so that she can feed or be with the baby every few hours if she needs. If your wedding is at a hotel or a reception hall with extra rooms, there is probably a place where they can stay onsite but not at the wedding, but if not, just include them. She should order a maternity Bridesmaid or Best Man dress. You can either let her get a different dress in the same fabric, length, and color as the other girls or you can choose a dress that comes with a maternity option in addition to the non-maternity one.

@PurpleLonghorn:  The associates at the salon will help her choose the right dress size.

ETA: I just ordered a maternity Bridesmaid or Best Man dress 3 weeks ago. The maternity ones have their own size chart and the dresses are designed to accommodate the unknown size of belly. The size will be chosen almost exlcusively on her bust size as that will be the only fitted element anyway, and the associates will have her order the size abover he measurement since almost everyone falls between sizes.
