That is not how plan b works.

If she is on the pill, she shouldn’t have ovulated at all. And if she did, it causes the fluids and mucus in that area to keep the sperm surviving enough to fertilize the egg. Regardless, it is so close to her period that the chances would be super super thin. I don’t think plan b was needed in this case, but with that now, I HIGHLY doubt she should worry at all.

Plan B also has a way of messing with your period though, so she might be late just because of that huge increase in horomones that she has now on top of regular birth control from the plan b.

I’d tell her not to worry. And next time, as long as she knows she’s been taking her birth control nearly perfectly, that she doesn’t have to worry about a condom breaking….she’s already using a back up, no need for two back ups with plan b!

You don’t ovulate on the pill.  She should be fine.

Not how plan B works — it’s basically one or two high doses of birth control pills which will help suppress/delay ovulation by a few days (until, in theory, any sperm would no longer be alive).

And if she’s on the pill she shouldn’t be ovulating — so the plan b shouldn’t have been necessary, anyway.

So — chances are slim to none.

Plan B doesn’t work that way. Regardless, there is about a 1% chance she’s pregnant. And if she’s THAT worried about getting knocked up, she needs to learn to take her BC correctly.

I’d tell her not to worry. 🙂 Plan B can sometimes make your period come late or right away, though, so also don’t worry if that happens.
