I have 2 pregnant bridesmaids ( I am excited, just not looking forward to big bellys in my pictures lol oh well what can I do) my bridesmaid dresses are from Davids Bridal, in chiffon material. One bridesmaid will be exactly 9 months on my wedding day (she’s due 7 days after) and 1 will be about 6 months. The consultants said this dress would be good for the belly….

I clicked your color so you could see, my girls will be in light pink…

Umm honestly there would have been no way inhell I would have been able to wear this dress at 9 months pregnant. Not without some leggins or something under it. Everyone would have gotten a show. You may want to consider a longer dress.

Belly will take up at least 5-6 inches of dress making this one SUPER short.

lindsayandchris09: I know davids bridal has dresses that are maternity appropriate. they are usually light weight floor length or tea length. I would advise her to wait to get her dress till she can measure the amount of weight she will gain during her pregnancy or find something that will “grow” with her. I gained 80 pounds during my pregnancy all from 6 months on, I could never have imagined i’d gain so much weight

@Gavinsmamma:  lol no it will be fine. They had to order way up in sizes anyways so they def have length to keep them safe.  That was a question the consultant was asked.

Yah, they had to order way up to keep length, they will need alteration for the bust area, but it was to make sure it would fit the belly and still cover them. So the prego that is a size 2 ordered a 12 so she can alterate it to fit lol. And the one that will be about 5/6 months also ordered wayyy up.  Having pregnant bridesmaids is def not easy. lol

This is what my girls wore from David’s Bridal. My Maid/Matron of Honor was 7 and a half months pregnant at the wedding.
