Take a test.  Nobody can tell you that you are and pretty much everything aside fromAunt Flow herself is a possible sign of pregnancy.

You took the HPT a week ago before your period was due?  Have you tried taking another one now that you’re 5 days late?

No way to know unless you take a test.  Pretty much anything can be a sign of pg…and also a sign of PMS.  Good luck!

Is it possible that because you just had you IUB removed a month ago your ovulation got pushed? It may have caused stress on your body and caused you to ovulate late. That milky discharge could be fertile mucus. I’d POAS and if it was BFN then I’d try an ovulation predictor to see if my OV horomones were up.

@Mrscjob:  Mine didn’t show until 11 days after my missed period. I know that everyone here swears that they are accurate after your missed period, but mine wasn’t…so there are exceptions. My hormone levels were probably rising slowly and not quickly enough (I ended up miscarrying). Wait another few days and if still nothing, have bloodwork done. 🙂

@Mrscjob:  Were there hormones in your IUD (was it Mirena)? There is no way to know if you ovulated when the online calculators say you do…The only way to know is with use of ovulation tests and charting your basal body temperature! So you could ovulate tomorrow, you could have ovulated a week ago, it could be any time. So until your period shows, you’re not out, but there’s is no way to know for sure! You were using a First Response and you took it with first morning urine?

Also, the creamy discharge is likely no an infection if there is no odor and no color other than white. Creamy CM is to be expected during the luteal phase of your cycle. Have you heard of tracking CM?

@Mrscjob:  actually it’s not weird at all that removing your IUD didn’t affect your cycles, because IUD don’t prevent ovulation, they just prevent implantation. So your ovaries have been functioning normally all along.

unless you had the hormonal IUD (Mirena?)

if you don’t want to get pregnant just yet than be extra careful in the week after your period ends until you’re well past your “O”. I say this from experience!
