Hi all! I applied for a job through my state somewhat recently, and I got an e-mail wanting me to answer some preliminary interview questions. I think I’ll be able to answer most of the questions just fine, but one has me stumped.
The question is: “What is the most intellectually challenging project you have undertaken and completed? Please describe.”
The only reason this questions had me stumped is that all of my work experience has been in social services working with people with mental illness, chemical dependency, and victims of domestic violence. There really weren’t any “projects” (i.e. I was never part of developing programming, grant writing, etc.) – I mostly directly have worked with clients. I’ve had plenty of challenging clients, but I wouldn’t consider that an itellectually challenging project.
Does anyone have any advice on what I should write for this question? The position is for a Disability Examiner (determining if people are eligible for disability payments). Thanks in advance, all!
