Cory_loves_this_girl:  nope. My levels were always fine. The one time they dipped, the doctor just told me to make sure I was eating enough iron rich foods – spinach, red meat, etc.

Maybe you can find gummies with iron…I don’t know a brand specifically, as I’m a scrooge and just take the horse pills, but there have to be some out there, one would think.

Regardless, I’ve had the gummies recommended by a nurse also, although she said that she and the doctor recommend them because people remember to take them better rather than for any other benefit.  I’ve heard a lot of other moms who didn’t like the side effects of the regular pills swear by gummies as well.  I’d think you’re fine to take those.

Cory_loves_this_girl:  It’s fine, but I felt fine with the nature made until I was pregnant. I got stopped up right after my BFP.
