Do you have any favorites? I just purchased Gabrielle Reece’s. It’s 6 workouts of 15 mins each. but only good for the first 2 trimesters. Other than that, it’s been just an occasional swim or walk. I feel so lazy sleeping an extra 2 hours every day and going to bed @ 9. Somehow this justifies the amount of time I am laying in bed. Hubby reassures me it’s fine b/c I’m growing a baby. But anyway, what do you like to help you get you moving?

This Gabrielle Reece dvd set has 12 workouts and goes all the way to postnatal. Costs about the same as the one I got (original price) but twice the workouts.
Pretty good workout, though I didn’t sweat, my heartbeat raised a little bit. I think it’s good for moderately active PreggieBees. You don’t really need the bands b/c you can just use weights for resistance. The video extras teach you how to get up and get down to the floor in pregnancy and there is one video for each month of pregnancy. I like that it is short.
