Congrats Bee! That’s the sweetest proposal EVER! Your so lucky! And beautiful ring! I too, wanted Morganite but have since changed my mind to a diamond. I keep looking at the beautiful peach/pink sapphires though. Maybe a RHR one day! Enjoy that beauty on your finger! Spam us with more pics please!

Such a cute proposal! Love how your students were involved. I can’t imagine being able to concentrate at all after that! And what a lovely, lovely shade of peach. Your ring is beautiful!!. You are one lucky lady to have a FH with so much dedication to find it too. Congrats bee 🙂

FH literally viewed every peach sapphire in Illinois if not the Midwest. He went to almost every jeweler in Chicago to find her. He eventually got the stone from gemsny.com. He paid an outside appraiser to see the stone in New York and verify its certification before making the purchase… you never can be too careful buying a stone off the internet!

Gorgeous ring!!! Love the peach.

What a great proposal! A woman in our building was proposed to in a similar way, and it made the whole building happy! And your ring is absolutely gorgeous! I agree that it must have been impossible to stay on-task for the rest of the day!
