im a shoe gal so… I think if you love it then you should buy it. it’s a one in a lifetime spurge! more expensive does mean better quality and comfort…  ine was pretty expensive for me, i never pay $900 for shoes but i could not find anything less expensive that was comparable to the one I got. i def think it’s worth it for me because its sky high like what i was looking for, its super cute, beautiful color, it’s not a typical wedding shoe. It’s a sandal in super soft suede so i don’t need to break them in and i plan to wear them again during my honeymoon and many more times after that.

I didn’t think twice about buying my Jimmy Choos.  Part of me wanted to be practical and get them in nude patent, but I couldn’t stop staring at my feet in the silver glitter pair.  I knew they were the one!

    I love my Louboutins.

I don’t think the question should be, “is it worth the expense” but “does it make me happy” and “can I afford it?”

When someone buys a beautiful $7000 grand piano, it’s a luxury item.  You can still play beautiful music in an upright piano that you got off Kijiji for $100.  When it comes down to it, YOU decide if it’s worth the expense.

If you have to ask others what they think, then obviously the majority will say no.  It’s a want, not a need.

I splurged for a pair of Valentino heels, and haven’t had an ounce of regret.  They are so beautiful and so comfortable (especially for a 5″ heel!).

They can be. It’s hard to find cheap shoes that are super comfortable, so I splurged pretty big a while back for a pair of angela nuran heels. They’re extremely comfortable (not just usual “comfortable for heels” comfortable), and still look like regular stilletos! I think it can be worth it if the shoes are comfortable and you’ll wear them more than once. I’ve worn mine a few times and they’ll be what I wear at my wedding.

    they’re normally 300 but I got mine for 200
