I personally have made my own template in excel or word to use because I like adding times that are permanent to get me into the routine of eating more regularly in smaller portions. My naturopath said it was better for your metabolism to eat every 3 hours to keep your body consistantly nourished.

I have my own template too sort of.  I kept the food journals my nutrionist gave me the last time I lost weight.  I had a blank one and so I scanned the page into the computer and I have to files.  I print these out and compile booklets along with other things like a menu for the week that are new additions by me.

I was doing this and lost a lot of weight.  I need to make a new booklet again since I found out I can swim and I’m starting to look noticiably slimmer and would like to keep that going so I can fit into the dress!
