I asked Fiance, who is a designer… he said to check your margin settings. Not necessarily in the printing settings, but in the document settings.

Ok, I asked him again… he said to try changing the paper size settings… although that would probably work on a printer problem and it doesn’t sound like it’s really a printer problem. I know you said you have the settings to the right size paper, but it’s worth a try to change them to like half an inch smaller either way… What program are you using?

Also, try moving your right margin in a little bit, may not be ideal, but it may work.  Also, Is the orientation set to landscape?

Are you printing directly from publisher? Sometimes it’s helped me to turn it into a PDF and then scale it down a tiny bit – like to 97% or something I find by trial and error. I wish I could come to your house and help you figure it out haha! I know how incredibly frustrating these things can be….let me keep thinking.

Also not ideal, but what if you tried to “trick” the printer by saying that the paper is bigger or smaller than it actually is – so 4.7 or 4.3 instead of the correct 4.5. Worth a try.
