@Bride61513:  Yes, there is a template. Do you know what size envelope you have?

I don’t remember if I downloaded it or if it’s just in Word.

ETA: Just wanted to add that you should use mail merge as well if you already have  the addresses written out on your computer. If you need any help with this feel free to message me! I just finished doing this for almost 150 invites a few weeks ago Smile

@Bride61513:  if you change the page size to the size of the envelope, it’ll be super easy! go to page layout -> size -> more paper sizes than you’ll be able to change the paper size. just be sure to change the page alignment on your printer too. and for fonts, if you go to they have tons of fonts!

if you have word 2007, then there is already a template. click on MAILINGs across the top, then click the ENVELOPES button. to make a custom size envelope, click the OPTIONS button. my word doesn’t have A7 as an option so i had to pick the CUSTOM SIZE under the ENVELOPE SIZE drop down menu.  then it brings up the envelope template.

if you fill out one evelope and the open window closes, the envelope template still appears in the regular word screen. for some reason if you want to print just the envelope, you have to say you want to print page 0, as page 1 is just a blank word document, not the envelope. other than that it was really easy and i just printed 100 for my wedding invites!

Hi all! About to print A7 envelopes. Does anyone have a suggestion for an inexpensive printer to purchase for this task?
