On a whim last year I bought a ton of pink koozies to include in my Out of Town bags. I still want to do this but now I just think they are too plain. I’m not very crafty but I feel like there should be some way to stencil on or paint on a decal/picture. Ideally I would like a palmetto and crescent (see pic), any ideas on how to do that?

I know a friend of mine had Koozie’s for her wedding Her saying on theirs was “To Have and hold, to keep your beer cold.” Then on the other side their name and date of the wedding.

@Sassygrn: did she order them like that or did she put it on herself?

As someone who sells promotional products for a living, if you are wanting to do them yourself, you should be able to go to Hobby Lobby/Michaels and they should have fabric pens and/or paints. I guess it depends on what you are wanting to put on there. You should be able to use stencils to paint. You could always get some rhinestones, etc. for the ladies but I doubt they would stay on.
Are you looking for ideas of what to put on the koozie?

@MrsPinkPeony: She had them printed that way. But I am sure you can probably do it yourself also

@MasqueradeMom: I know what I want on it but I don’t know HOW to get it on there. I was hoping for some kind of pen/paint but I didn’t know what kind to get. I can make a stencil myself I think. No bedazzling necessary just an image.

The Charleston Angler does screen printing on koozies. I’ve heard they are reasonably priced, and may be cheaper since you already have the koozies. However, any screen printing place can do them for you–if you can’t find a DIY route.

I would think a stencil and fabric paint would work reasonably well.
If not, if you have one of those places that makes custom T-shirts in your town they might have some ideas about how to do it professionally.

You can take it and have it done, depending upon the number of colors, they are probably going to charge you about $0.45 each for screenprinting.
I really think fabric paint is your best and least expensive option. You can pick those up at Hobby Lobby or Michael’s. They will also have stencils in case you find something you want to add 🙂

I am also using these as our favors.
The chapest site I have found is http://www.getimprint.com
We are having our names and date on one side and the other side will say “to have and to hold and to keep your drink could?
The more you order from this site the less it was!!!!
