I’m sure this is probably just one of those things I’m late to the game on but I’ll post it just in case it helps anyone else out.
I went to Jo-Ann’s Fabric yesterday and the cashier told me that they take coupons for Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and AC Moore. I’m not sure if this is just locally or if it’s in various places but it might be something to check into!
She also said if you had multiple coupons and multiple eligible items you could use them all. Like if you had 3 40% off a regular priced item coupons from Michaels (they are usually in the paper every week or available online) and 3 regularly priced items you can get them for 40% off each.
Hope this helps somebody!

@mrsberry2011: I tried to look on their website but their store locator doesn’t seem to be working. It wouldn’t even bring up the one here in Knoxville! I wonder if it works with online purchases as well.

@Aure: No problem! I had no idea until the lady ringing up my fabric told me, hopefully it’s stores nation wide and not just this one.

I didn’t know this! I’m defientely going to try this out, since I usually find most my stuff at JoAnnas vs. Michael’s.

For any educators out there, they also offer a Teacher’s Discount Card, good for 15% your total purchase (regular and sale price). You just need a recent check stub and your current ID. Michaels also offers a daily teacher’s discount, just show your ID.

I work at JoAnns (I’m the Custom Framing manager) and yes, we do take other craft store coupons. We do NOT take Michaels coupons on Fabric or anything that is “cut by the yard” since Michaels does not sell fabric or “Cut by the yard” items, except for Ribbon by the yard.
As long as the coupons come from difference sources… and the item(s) you are buying are not on sale, red tag, clearance or anything else excluded on the back of the coupon, you’re good to go.
Example, one of each, newpaper insert, direct mail, email, text message, postcard and our selection is much better 🙂
