I love me a good bowl of museli or granola with milk in the morning. Unfortunately, not a whole lot of protein or nutrients to hold me over and usually there’s a lot of sugar in there. I save my fave granola (from Target), hazelnut chocolate chunk, for special treats, dinners, or Sunday breakfasts.
I’m eating this Kashi Vive, probiotic digestive wellness cereal. 46% of my daily fiber! Not too shabby. Only 4g protein, though, boo.
What are you munching on lately? Do you go for health cereals like Grape Nuts or sugary ones like Cinny Toast Crunch?

I’ve never heard of such a thing! I’ve been taking Align probiotics and i LOVE it.
I am addicted to Honey Bunches of Oats and Honey Nut Cheerios. YUM!

I love cereals that are bad for you haha . But they are sooo good!
I mean how can you resist a bowl of Cinny Toast Crunch or Captain Crunch? Nom nom nom.
Thankfully I just try to not keep them around lol, out of sight out of mind you know? Though on occasion I get the packages that have the small boxes of different types of cereal a la what they have at the hospital that way I can practice some more of portion control when I do eat them .

I love the Kashi Vive! I like the little white balls. 🙂
This week I’ve been eating Special K with red berries. I will admit there is a box of cinnamon toast crunch in the pantry for the kids and I will ocasionally dig in to that myself. I also occasionally buy “for the kids” of course, this Mother’s Best brand of marshmallow cereal. It is like lucky charms but its made with cane juice instead of sugar or artificial sweetners.
I think next I will buy Kashi Honey Sunshine. I don’t necessarily look for the probiotic cereal. I have tried the caramel something Fiber One cereal and liked that too.

Wow, I didn’t know there were cereals with probiotics. I take them in pill form and have eaten the yogurt before (YoPlus).
I LOVE cereal and have many different favorites. Right now, I love Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters. I also love regular old Cheerios. Growing up, my mom never allowed us to have sugar cereal, so it wasn’t until I was in college that I encountered the likes of Captain Crunch and Cinnamon Toast Crunch!

yeah, the attack of the probiotic cereal happened yesterday at the gym. That was fun. Hey at least I know it works! It’s a good amount of cereal (1.25 cups) for only 170 calories, so I saw that before I realized it was probiotic. I really like the honey grahams and life creal. I also do like Grape Nuts. I could eat cereal a lot basially! I couldn’t get on board with the special K though.
