I know this probably sounds weird but I have some major tan lines on my back. I know I have just about 11 months until my wedding, but my skin is weird in that I don’t lose my tan much over time. I do lose it but not drastically so my concern is that I’ll still have these semi faded tan lines on my back. They’re from my sports bra that I wear running and it leaves a racerback imprint with a big iron shape by the bottom and its very noticeable. Both times I’ve gone dress shopping they ladies helping me have said that it looks like someone put an iron on my back.
Any ideas on how to make them less noticeable?

why not go to a spray tanning place and see if they can help you out by evening out your tan acorss your back? You could perhapsdo something similiar using a home tan or lotion and a friend to help but a professional spray tan is more likely to turn out better. A word of caution tho–certain pray and lotion tans will wipe off on certain fabrics.
or you could look into getting some airbrushing done bya make up artist.
hope that helps!

What about switching to a different type of sports bra for a while to try to even out the tan lines?

I have the same problem. Our wedding is 2 months away and I live in Florida so it’s becoming a daily battle. I have been trying to run at dusk/after dark, I wear a different sports bra every day, I only wear bandeau bikini tops to the beach, and I bought a few strapless sun dresses that have become my uniform. I also spray spf 85 on my chest and back EVERY day regardless of how much time I’ll spend outside. Despite all this effort I just looked at a photo of myself from Thursday and I still have weird tan lines from my sports bra from UNDER my shirt! and my shoulders are all dark. It looks ridiculous. I feel your pain.

Have you considered tanning in beds for a few months before the wedding? Its the best way to even out the lines without the worry of streaky lines and it will hopefully look the most natural..
