Thats strange….I got our dresses from them, for the flowergirls.  I placed the order back in September, with our wedding in april.  I had to do the same thing, call back and confirm sizes about 1.5 months out.  The dresses then only took 2 weeks to make, one didn’t fit, so I had to send it back and she remade the bodice and I got it back in a week.  I defnitely didn’t talk to them much though…Did you pay in advance?  If not, they may be too busy and if the order wasn’t confrimed with a payment, I have no idea.  Its all very strange, but maybe they are on vacation or something?  If you already paid the most you can do is keep calling, but otherwise you might have to get dresses elsewhere.

Do NOT buy from little flowers by Odyssey!!! I contacted the company in January asking for a sample dress.  They told me my credit card would be charged for the dress in full and I would be sent the dress in two business days and I would have ten days from the date I got it to return it and get my full refund. The woman said they were having snow storms so there could be a delay, I said no problem.  Two weeks went by and I had no dresses.  I made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email to no avail. Finally, they happened to pick up the phone after multiple calls. They said they didn’t ship it because they were waiting on the size I requested (which was a 10) and that they would put it in the mail today.  I recieved the dresses a week later. There were two dresses, neither the color I requested, one a size 12 and one a 14 which is also NOT the size I requested.  I sent the dresses back and let them know I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from their company at this point.  I still to this day in June haven’t recieved my $262.00 credit back to my credit card. I have again made numerous attempts to call, leave messages, email and have recieved no contact whatsoever. They are an internet only based company and I guess now we know why!! Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.

Save yourself the headache, DO NOT do business with Little Flowers! The dresses are lovely, the company is CROOKED!  I should have taken the hint when they FORGOT about my appointment 6 months before my wedding.  But I ordered anyway, and nearly had a heart attack when the WRONG color dresses arrived, LATE, 2 weeks before my wedding.  They did manage to send the correct color in time, but 6 months after that, they BILLED me for the wrong dresses.  Rather than own up, they tried to RIP ME OFF and blamed me for THEIR MISTAKE when I challenged the charge with my credit card company.  Needless to say, my credit card company DENIED payment to Little Flowers when they heard to whole story, but WHAT A HEADACHE! Cdschiller333 and I can’t be the only ones they tried to CHEAT!  And Saurice isn’t alone in being unable to reach anyone at Little Flowers!

@ Dr. Nicole Bosley Bednarski –

Your dresses were replaced imediately once the color issue was brought to our attention, so essentially, you were sent a total of 4 dresses and only paid for two.

It wasn’t until you were asked to return the orginal TWO dresses — dresses that you HAD not paid for— that you decided to dispute charges with your credit card company (more than a YEAR after your wedding) – please recall that your credit card DENIED your claim and you were forced to return the additional dresses or be charged for merchandise recieved but not paid for.  Clearly almost two years now from your 08 wear date, you are obviously unable to move past a mistake that was in fact corrected by our company.  You did recieve exaclty what you had paid for, in time for your wedding, and you were also happy with the merchandise you received.

However, we do appreciate that you at least acknowledge, like thousands of our other customers, that our dresses are lovely – so please feel free to contact us if you would like to order any additional items, and we will happily provide a discount for your trouble.

Of note, you may want to recall (and note) that we are a small family owned company and that the reason for your rescheduled appointment was because of the death of our father, two days prior.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! CHECK BBB.ORG AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY HAVE AN “F” RATING! We didnt check this the first time. First off, we found this website for little flowers online. We saw some beautiful flower girl dresses. We need to buy 2 of them for my sister-in-law’s wedding. Liz charged us $570.00 for two flower girl dresses. She rushed us stating that she would be out of stock on the material because it was so popular. So, we purchased them with hesitation due to the extremely high prices for a simple plaid dress. We came to our senses and call the next day to just order the material instead. Nobody answered so we left a message We called once everyday for about 5 days and left a message each day. Liz took a full week to call us back. pretty unprofessional. We finally got ahold of her and she said that was fine to cancel the order for the dresses. We stated we would like to order the material. Then she said that it was $85 a yard! Her website said $55 but she said that it was $85 but it was a … CHECK BBB.ORG AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY HAVE AN “F” RATING! Her website said $55 but she said that it was $85 but it was a mistake on her website. Hmmmm. Truth in advertising law violation, possibly?! So finally after arguing with her for 5 minutes, liz said she would do it for $55 a yard. Meanwhile, she charged us for the full amount for the dresses. So, she said she would refund the difference. 3 days later nothing has happened. We have tried to email and call her for a receipt of cancellation for the dresses and a receipt for the material. She has not returned calls or emails after 3 days of trying to get ahold of her. Is it really that hard to pick up a phone? or email? Has she shipped the material?? Whats the tracking number? No response from her.

She says her business is open Tues-Sat from 1pm-7pm and she always answers the phone. But nobody picks up the phone there. No receptionist or other employees to talk to. Is this a one person operation? or scam? It feels so much like this is a fake business or a scam. We still have not received a refund for the difference in the material and the dresses. We have not gotten a phone call or email. Horrible customer service. $500 or $200 is nothing too sneeze at in this economy. Liz must feel like she has no responsibility to call us back. Sounds like bad business ethics or someone just ripped us off. I would highly advise NOT doing business with Little Flowers unless you can get in front of the owner (if, there really is a store front-Looks like someones house). I would NOT do business with them over the phone or email, unless you like giving away your hard earned money. If we dont get a response form Liz by this 1/10/2011, we will just contest the charge thru our bank. Hopefully, we will get a refund.

Believe the negative press the BBB.org website, shows that they DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS.

Check it out. http://www.dc.bbb.org/report.html?national=y&compid=1040226

@Cartelmike:

Mike, this order was placed by your wife, [Name Removed for Privacy], who subsequently (the following) called to cancel the order after “you freaked out” at the cost of the dresses.  [Name Removed for Privacy] was notified both by email at her email address [e-mail address removed for privacy] and verbally when she called.  All the costs, scheduling & delivery timelines are not only availabe as links on every page of our website, they were also explained to her when she called.  Both her order and her change of order were done by phone so there should be no confusion.

At this point, her order has been cancelled both for fabric & dresses.  Please refrain from commenting on this matter any further as you have not been a participant in any of the process.

This is clearly a case of buyers remorse & of your being upset at your wife’s spending.

For 1. Your order was placed on Jan 3rd.  Your order was changed on Jan 4th – by phone, no message, but rather Megan spoke with me DIRECTLY.

Pricing is clearly outlined on our website and you have not been charged for anything other than what was ordered, at EXACTLY the prices listed.

As you are also aware, we are a manufacturer of made to order apparel.. none of our garments are available for immediate delivery, including our specialty fabrics.

For further review, please check the link to our Terms below, as well as images from our REAL weddings.

At this point, your post is not only misleading, it provides misinformation of which we deem to be harmful & will pursue this matter with you further.

~Elizabeth

First off I have to tell everyone to make sure you cover your butt and research everyone you are going to spend money with!

My sister is getting married in March and found dresses online from little flowers by odyssey that she loved. They were VERY pricey but they said I had to order by January 1 to get them on time so since I could not find other dresses my sister liked I went ahead and spent $561 on two flower girl dresses and an 18month vest in green and white plaid. By the way it took 7 phone calls jst to place the order because nobody ever answers the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. Right away I realized that was too much money to spend and the girl told me it would still be a close delivery to the wedding date. I called the very next morning to see if I could change the order to fabric instead of dresses because it was cheaper and much faster. After 26 calls I finally got through. The $561 was already pending on my checking account but the owner said no problem they would make the change and credit me back the difference. I asked for a confirmation and she said she would email it to me. I called her again the next day because I forgot to ask how long it would take for the credit to take, nobody ever called me back! I waited a couple of days and still no confirmation for my first order (which the money was already taken out) OR the change order. At this point I am getting VERY nervous! I want this material but I also thought that I might be getting scammed! I have no way of proving this order, no email no confirmation #, NOTHING. Then I went to the Better Business Bureau and looked up their rating and it was an F! I started to panic because all the reviews were the same as the problem I was having. I sent her a final email saying that I was going to contact my bank if she did not call me back. I called my bank to dispute the charges and what do you know? I get emails out the wazoo from the owner. She canceled my order and said she would give me a full refund. Guess what? that never happened! She just credited me back $411 which is $150 short of what she owes me. She is accusing me of buyers remorse when all I ever wanted was a confirmation that my order had been placed!!!

I wasn’t going to post anything bad about them because my husband posted a review and she threatened to “take matters further” with us if we did not take them down. We took them down and I still don’t have my money so as far as I am concerned if you are going to STEAL my money I will post whatever I want.

Lesson of the century is do not do business with little flowers of odyssey and do not use your debit card! use your credit card you are more protected from people like this.

The customer above spoke directly with me & her order was CONFIRMED by phone – her order was verbally confirmed when it was placed, as was her cancellation request. As per our cancellation policy – she was refunded her monies per our policy.  (this is a standard policy for ALL made to order manufactureres) At this point, she had proven to be most unreasonable… so i will simply post her last email to us.

“[name redacted], I have not heard your response to my email so I decided to make some more negative posts about your horrible company and now I am giving you a taste of your own medicine. You threatened us about taking down our posts and since you never follow through with anything you say, I am giving it back. I will not take down any posts until you give me back the $150 you owe me! and I will keep posting until you do. have a nice day:)  [name redacted]”
