My Fiance and I hired a string quartet for our ceremony. I’m looking for a processional song for our bridal party to walk down to as I don’t want the traditional songs. Any suggestions/ideas?
I was thinking of maybe some of the following that I heard from Vitamin String Quartet:
“Lucky” by Jason Mraz. Would that be too fast?
“My heart will go on” – celine dion
“Heaven” – DJ Sammy
“A Moment Like This” – by Kelly Clarkson
“Just the Way You Are” – by Bruno Mars
I’ll be walking down to “Canon in D” by Pachabel

@sweetheart03 are the songs you’re debating about for yourself (as you’re walking down the aisle) or for the bridal party?

@mayday26 I agree Vitamin String Quartet is awesome. I’m going to have to listen to their version of “Hallelujah”.
Sigh…why is it so difficult to choose a song for the bridal party processional?

I’m thinking of switching the song when I walk down the aisle to “Marry Me – by Train” using a string quartet. Any comments/suggestions? I would like to use non-traditional songs. I was thinking of using “Just the Way You Are – Justin Bieber” for the Prelude. Any recommendations for the wedding party processional?

I think I am going to use the Vitamin String Quartet’s version of “Sweet Child O’ Mine” for the bridal processional…….Its my favorite song!
Toying with the idea of their version of Eric Clapton’s “Wonderful Tonight” for my entrance.

Our processional was Heavenly Day by Patty Griffin, and I walked down the isle to Lady Antebellum’s “can’t take my eyes off you”. 🙂
