I finally, FINALLY, have pro pictures! A lovely one-month anniversary gift, no?
I can’t give away my identity on the Bee – I suppose an intrepid and resourceful student could put it all together, but it would take some A-level research! So I can’t leave up pictures with my face in them, unfortunately. I’ll put those in a second part on this, and leave those for about 30 minutes, and then edit them out. I’d leave them out entirely, but I’m so completely thrilled with them I can’t stand to not share!
I made my own bouquet, from creme roses I bought, mixed with some flowers from my neighborhood, and some laurel from my own yard. I thought it was funny that the photographer took this one in the “vase” I was using while I dressed.
Our venue had exactly the feel we wanted. I had dreamed of windows like this, and the patio was amazing.
I loved my colors, a mix of blues and greens.
Simple martini glass centerpieces, some with M&Ms, some with conversation hearts, some with chocolate-covered almonds (Long story there, and one about to trying to please everyone. Worked, though.)
Our guestbook turned out to be amazing – a Shutterfly photobook people could write notes in. I love, love, love paging back through it.
