Oh no!! I’m so sorry that happened to you!  I’m usually SO happy with Pro Flowers =(  I haven’t had any bad experiences personally, but I’m sure your mom will be thrilled to receive flowers on Tuesday too!

I used them for mother’s day this year and my mom and Mother-In-Law got exactly what I ordered.  I’m sorry you had a bad experience!

SO used that service too, and they delivered my roses A DAY LATE!! yep, pretty much bad service

Bummer! I’ve also had negative experiences with ProFlowers. Not quite like yours, but they always come looking so wilted and dead =(.

ProFlowers is a terrible business.  One of the deliveries did make it, but two were never even processed.  Money was charged, but the orders disappeared into thin air apparently.  :/  I’d rather go to a grocery store and buy flowers from there, to be honest.

Pro Flowers has messed up SO MANY TIMES for my Fiance when sending flowers to me and his mom. It’s never good!
