I just got the call from the nurse saying that I definitely ovulated this cycle! She said the highest levels they ever saw from me was 16 and this cycle was 44! Yay!
But here’s my question, would they be able to tell if I were pregnant from that test? I would assume that since they draw blood they would do a pregnancy test as well but maybe not. She said to keep them updated with what’s going on as if I would let them know if I were pregnant.

As far as I know, they don’t to a pregnancy test with the progesterone draw, unless you or your doctor requests on. They usually do the P test at 7dpo, and usually that’s too early to detect PG levels. I’ve googled what P levels mean; as in if high numbers mean your PG or not. From what I seen, it doesn’t mean anything when it comes to raising a flag if you’re pregnant or not. But, that’s just what I came across. I wish it did because your numbers are marvelous!!! Either way, your numbers are great and that in it self is exciting!!! Woohoo!! 🙂 FX for you!

@FreckledFox: I don’t test until AF is WAY late. FF is saying the AF will come on the 9th so I’ll test on the 11th or 12th if she doesn’t show. Unless I have some serious symptoms, then I might test earlier. I just updated today’s temp though and it dropped a little.

I was in at 8dpo and my DR did a beta too(0). My progesterone was so low I was pretty sure the month was a nogo and today af showed. Then again last month labz had her draw and was at 16and got her bfp a few days later. In short progesterone levels that are within normal range mean not much. But good luck!! It’s promising!
