I had my final meeting with our Rabbi yesterday, and we are ALMOST done-HOWEVER…I still have to create my Programs!
I am intending on hanging a little grommeted flip book of Jewish Traditions on each chair, as I am making FAN programs…
So here is where I need help…
I am having a Reform Jewish wedding, and not including some customs as my Fiancee is NOT Jewish.
On the Front of our Program will be our monogram, and on the back, I want our wedding party, and then the CORRECT order of events.
Does this look correct?
- Blessings of the Betrothal
- Giving of the Rings
- Ketubah (Marriage Contract)
- The Seven Blessings
- Breaking the Glass

@akziggy3: If you are getting married under a chuppah you might want to add a description of the meaning of the chuppah.
The ring ceremony is the Ayrusin and if the Rabbi is going to refer to it by name you may want to put in in there so your guest are not lost.
And at most reform ceremonies a kiddush is usually done right before the ring ceremony so if it is done you may want to add that too.
I actually just met with my rabbi today and we are also having a reform ceremony and he help me with my programs.
