The children I babysit are going to be my flower girl and ring bearer. I want to identify them in the program and their relation, but am not sure how to phrase it.
I’ve only ever seen friends use nieces or nephews so it has always looked like:
Flower Girl: Betty Smith (niece of the Bride)

I dont think you have to identify your relationship to them.

I agree with not including relationship. I have never seen that before. Or easily…Friend of the Bride.

I would go with Friend of the Bride, myself.

I’m one of the few brides who want to accurately depict the wedding party. Fiance vetoed doing a little blurb on each of the groomsmen/bridesmaid. I am always interested in how the wedding party is related.
If I can’t come up with a better way to say “I babysit these children”, I’ll go with friend of the bride … but it is not accurate.

Looked this up online. You can use “Bride’s Charge”

I’d leave it off. I didn’t include any of that stuff in my programs, but to each their own!

i was thinking that too, but “charge” isnt as common, (imo) so i think it could confuse some people.
