That sucks.  I’m surprised the printer allowed it to print with the error.

I wouldn’t worry about it too much since theres nothing you can do to fix it. I am sure most people won’t notice the error or care anyways πŸ™‚

@bcal2015:  I wouldn’t worry about it. Not many people will notice, and those who do won’t think much of it. FWIW, we had a typo in the phone number for the hotel on our invites… the phone number ended up being someone’s personal cell phone number instead of the hotel lol. I ended up sending our a FB message to everyone trying to correct my mistake and to make sure they were able to make a reservation – everyone told me it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry about it. Your mistake is even less consequential. I promise, it only seems like a big deal to you =)

If anyone says anything, try to convince them that Gonzalez is a plural name in Spanish, and that therefore the third person plural HAS to be used.

@bcal2015:  even if someone notices it initially, the rest of the time they will mainly be looking at the date, time and place.  after the wedding, most toss them.

Don’t worry, I doubt most people will notice.

I don’t think it’s a big deal.  No one will notice.

But, I’ve never seen a wedding invite with just one host.  Usually, it’s the parents or the bride and groom.  That’s probably why the printer didn’t catch it.

Just to clarify, when you wrote that the invitations have already gone out, you meant that you have already mailed them to your guests, not just that they have been printed and have been mailed to you, correct?
