I have a corner of my study that houses potential DIY projects… pom poms, a half-finished brooch bouquet, and 3 different centerpieces.  We’re in the loony bin together, girl.

I actually asked my Fiance what kind of ribbon he preferred.

and cared.

I swear I NEVER want to plan another one of these again. If my children ever get married, they do their own planning. I’m fried lol

How To Know Your Wedding Has Driven You Crazy…

– you can balk at the thought of spending more than a dollar for a candy bar, and then turn around and say “This cake only costs $200, what a deal!”

– the weight, texture, color of a piece of paper has never been more important than right now.

– um… and some other stuff.

And i thought I was the only one…. It took me hours to decide what font to use on my escort card, and I’m sure no one will even care

haha I love this post. I’m in the same boat!!! While on my way to work in the morning, I actually use my phone to come check out the boards, lol… I’m hooked on this site. I get to work, and first thing I do when I log in is come here hihi. The funny part, I still have 16 months to go… ouch!!! I wonder what I will be like when I have a couple of days until the BIG day… ahhhhh…… lol

@vmblai1019:  I agree.  Although I will miss parts of it…I *won’t* miss the stress, the dealing with people who keep changing their mind and making me redo my seating chart, my fiance being unexpectedly stubborn about some small wedding detail I didn’t think he would care about, getting jacked by service providers (nails, online jewelry stores).  In two weeks, I can go back to my usual cautious self, and not spend appalling amounts on stupid small stuff like a cheap Garter from Ebay, or a Cheap tiara from china….WRAGH!

I think it’s amazing how I can be so easily swayed – for example – this past weekend our reception venue had a “group tasting” where all couples/families to be married in the next 6 months can try any item on their menu (which is massive).

Couple behind us in line, “We’re having three bars, two regular bars and a martini bar.”  Me to FH: “ohhh…..we should do that.”  FH: “We don’t drink martinis!”

ANYTHING makes me change my mind.  I’ve started avoiding bridal mags and Style Me Pretty is my love/hate relationship.  HELP!

@med700: Our hall will be doing that as well next year in January, I’m afraid I’ll end up doing what you just described lol.

I think my problem is all the DIY out there. I have my list, but everytime I see somethhing new that a Bee does, I wanna add it to my list cuz I think it’s cute… bahaha…oh boy, I’m glad I have you Bees, cuz otherwise I’d go nuts 😀
