Depending on the setting of your wedding (inside or outside) it could be cruel to have your groomsmen in a full tux for a day time wedding.  However, I think you can do whatever you want!  It’s yoru wedding, and you don’t necessarily need to follow tradition, do what makes you and your Fiance happy.  Just be sure to include your Fiance as he will be wearing the outfit not you! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Good luck!

White tie or black tie are typically reserved for evenings.  The men could wear morning dress for a daytime wedding of similar formality.  Or they could just wear suits.

@FireflyT: meh, i would just wear whatever you want. I had my boys in black in july and it turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year! ( i didnt do it to be cruel…!!) ๐Ÿ™‚ We had our wedding ceremony at 5:00 but we took pictures from 12:00 till then.

Can your Fiance just wear a business suit for the wedding?  That is proper at any time of day.
