The wedding ring first ( closet to the heart ) and then the engagement ring . or just wedding ring . that is how i was always taught . also that is how they do it during most church weddings .

I have seen many women wearing their wedding rings on top and more women wearing their wedding rings below the engagement ring.  I think sometimes the engagement ring is too tight to wear on top so people just switch them around.  No big deal.

I have a ring enhancer so really I have never thought about this. Curious as well.

annann91 :  You can do it either way, but I think traditionally the wedding band goes on first, then the e-ring on top of it. My best friend wears her band over her e-ring, so I’ve definitely seen it done both ways. I don’t think it really matters though. Maybe depends on your personal style, and also whether you have a custom wedding set that should be worn in a certain order?
