Hi Bees, I just wanted to share my Before and “after” pics (I’m not at goal quite yet but I’ve come pretty far).
I started at the end of November last year (Weight Watchers), but just to see where I was last year this time and where I am now – I’m so proud. It’s been hard work and I’ve done it slow and steady, and it’s easy to lose sight of how much you’ve accomplished because you see yourself every day and sometimes your mind doesn’t catch up to show you what you truly look like (works both ways too – I didn’t realize I had gotten that big, and I have a hard time sometimes seeing how far I’ve come).
Bees who have made healthy changes, post your before/afters!! I always find them so motivating!!

@AngieLuvsAdam: You both look amazing! Care to elaborate a bit more on your workouts and what you eat? Do you both credit WW with your transformation? And you both do look transformed! Congratulations 🙂

@MsYankee: Congrats, gorgeous! You look great!
Mine is more of a before and during…I was still on my weight loss journey, but I found out I was pregnant in July, so calorie counting with My Fitness Pal took a backseat, and I have since upped my calories to feed two of us. I began pregnancy around 163 pounds, and with the help of MFP I have only gained 2 pounds so far in my 12 week pregnancy.
I plan to continue the lifestyle I had with MFP after the baby is born because my ultimate goal was 135, and although the going was slow for a few months (summer is the hardest for weight loss), I was on the right track.

We chubbies didn’t take many full length photos did we (obviously I didn’t until I felt good) 🙂

@MrsPanda99: thank you! it’s been long enough that I sometimes forget I was more than twice my size. I actually had lap-band surgery on March 4, 2009. WLS is not a cure all, so I used weight-watchers for community and accountability and had an AMAZING personal trainer who I worked out with multiple times a week for a few years.
Now, a few years later, I am in maintenance mode, my lap-band isn’t very tight/doesn’t give me too much restriction. I eat pretty much whatever I want, thanks to the exercise I still do. I spin 2x a week, do a ballet bar class 2x a week, and I walk as much as I can.
@future_mrs_sommer: thank you!!!

@megz06: CONGRATS LADIES! Y’all look fabulous!
I don’t have pictures that I’m ready to show just yet, but I started using MFP back in late April, started walking in June, and about three weeks ago I started running in short intervals during my walks. I started at 250, and weighed in at 224 today. I have a long way to go, but I’m seeing progress and more dedicated to the weight loss journey than I ever have been. I’m going to buy my first pair of running shoes this weekend!

@AngieLuvsAdam: I actually don’t know what that is. Is it bypass surgery?
