So a lovely bee (thanks blue lola!) sent me a site that had a couple of my dream dresses for much less. This would be awesome since my aunt will be getting my dress (something she’s talked about since I was little) and I don’t want her to pay a bunch.
The site is called Plus Size Bridal. It would be great if someone could tell me they bought a dress from that site and it came and looked nice etc. Any reviews?
Also, anyone ordered a dress online and had good luck? Where’d you get it?

I’ve been wondering the same thing and I found these sites.
PS Bridal has an A+ with the BBB. It seems like a legit company and website. I’ll probably be ordering from them as well. Hope that helps.

I just got my dress delivered from PS Bridal today! All the dresses are factory direct and most are custom. So it is built in the US (or wherever the factory is). No dealing with weird knock offs (which i got before this dress and it didn’t work out so well. avoid dresstimes.com)
anyway, i would recommend PS Bridal especially if you’re a Plus Sized bride as there is actually a decent return policy. but they do have smaller sizes, too (no returns).
the dress came 3 weeks earlier than estimated. I ordered it about 2.5 months ago. it comes packed in a box, on a hanger and in a plastic bag (i only mention this because the dresstimes one came all folded up in a tiny little bag). The dress is made well, it is labeled with the dress company’s label, my particular dress felt true to size from the measurements.
do it! it takes a while so do it soon…and you know, the dresses are so reasonable, if it doesn’t work out….buying another reasonable dress is STILL less than a ‘regular’ dress from a store.

I just ordered my dress from PS Bridal too. They were really helpful and offered a free rush cut.
I was also excited about their return policy for sizes 16 and up.
I can’t wait to get my dress in!!

I am still waiting on a bridesmaid dress I ordered in January. It was supposed to ship in march, now it’s April and i leave for the wedding in four days. I saved about $35 on the price but im really stressed out now because I keep calling and emailing and no one is responding, so I have no idea idea if it is even coming or not. Definitely wont use them for my own ceremony in Feb. Its too easy to ignore messages, and I dont need that stress of not knowing.

i bought my dress from psbridal and i would recommend them. i bought one of the designer dresses and it was an original with the designer tags and reffrence on. Just to make sure i phoned the designer and confirmed that the dress was made by them. This company is brilliant!
