Ok a few days ago that I was very worried about getting my chair covers. I was literally in tears!

Well I am thrilled to say they were just left on my front porch!!

 

They are clean and stain and damage free!

 

They are little wrinkled, but there’s 40lbs of covers in there and it’s over 90 degrees out so expecting them to be neatly pressed is absurd.

 

Now they did not arrive on time, they were supposed to come on monday

 

And I literally drove Janesa crazy trying to get them here on time. I emailed her almost every hour, and sometimes more, for days.

 

But the squeaky wheel got the grease and my covers are here!

 

Things were stressful at times and it is not for the faint of heart but ultimately I am happy I choose to use weddingtogo!! 

Janesa saved me a ton of money and for that I am extremely greatful!

My sqeaky wheel has not been greased – just weddingtogo ‘s bank account!!

Paid in March for an order to be delivered in August – emailed Janesa in July RE a change of address (we just bought our first home – YAY!) and nothing back, here is my email stream – I emailed her at three email addresses AND sent her a PM on weddingbee

I understand some of you have had a good experience, but Brides – this is a gamble and can you afford a gamble with your money time and planning? It really sucked for me since by the time I really gave up hope on this vendor – it may be too late to order from someone else (efavormart and I hope they can get here in time I am in NY and they ship from CA). This was a last min budget expenditure that I really could have done with out – filed a paypal and if they doesnt get me a refund – I will have to take it to MC

Here are the three emails I sent (not counting the PM on this website) no reply at all and my first email was three weeks ago and my event is 8 days away

Hi Janessa,

I got an email undeliverable/bounceback from your corelogic.com email so I am really worried at this time that you wont be sending the chair covers I already paid for and my event is less than two weeks away not giving me a lot of time for a plan B.

I wanted to let you know if I dont hear back from you by Thursday/5 pm I will file a claim with paypal and post on weddingbee regarding the difficulty with regard to response time/customer service. I appreciated you sending me the samples and confirmed back with you that they would work but if you are running a web based business – you really shouldnt keep people hanging this long. All I am looking for is a confirmation that you will in fact follow through on the order I placed/paid for and that you have the updated shipping address which I feel is a reasonable request.

no big suprise here – but just to follow up on this stream – no reply back from Janesa and the chair covers did not arrive yesterday (according to the terms and conditions she sent me – since my event is this Sat, the rental items were supposed to arrive yesterday – the Monday before the event).
