I’ve been stalking Ebay like it’s my job the past few weeks and have been really unimpressed with the prices of even so-so brooches. After doing a search on Etsy for other alternatives, I came across the store Your Perfect Gifts.
The prices are amazing, and the quality of the available brooches are range from pretty good to WOW. If anyone out there is on the lookout for brooch sources, I’d really recommend giving them a look.
**I am not at all affiliated with this store. It just really made my day to find this store and thought I’d share the find. I haven’t bought mine yet, but I have had one conversation with the store, and the person was super quick to respond.

Bump for the weekday Bees. Also an update…I ordered my brooches last night. Fifty (50!) medium to large clear/silver/pearl ones, one large blue peacock for my something blue, and one extra-large for my bouquet handle – with shipping and taxes came out to a little over $100. So excited!

Last update, promise! Brooches came today, which was really fast but makes sense since I’m also in SoCal. At first I was disappointed in some of the smaller items, but upon reviewing my invoice realized I ordered some small button brooches. No problem, that makes sense, and in the end it works out because I can use them for the boutonnieres and as part of the table brooch scatter! I love the quality and look of the bunch I have. They feel really solid, and no little pieces are loose or anything. You can’t see any glue or little weird edges/coloring.
Top row: 10 Rhinestone Button Brooches (small)
Rows 2 and 3: 20 Assorted Rhinestone Button Brooches Pearl Embellishments
Reds: 10 Ruby Red Assorted Button Brooches
Surrounding reds: 10 Large Assorted Rhinestone Button Brooches (8 md and 2 large)
Royal Blue peacock = my something blue
Large Bow will go on my bouquet handle
If you go with this store, definitely pay attention to the sizing on the comments! I’ve had a really positive experience, but if you’re doing a full brooch bouquet, you probably need more of the larger sizes. Another note – I paired up the few repeats I saw. For me that’s not a problem because I’ll just split them up between my bouquet and my MOH’s.
Hope this helps!
ETA: Only the 3 largest brooches have pinbacks. The others have button holes (for lack of a better term).

Thank you for this!! I actually make bouquets and centerpieces on Etsy and I’m always looking for brooches. As a guideline I saw in their bulk brooches they will say in the header either assorted rhinestone brooches or assorted rhinestone buttons in the deeper description it appears the button versions have more of the smaller size in the assortment. Lovin this vendor, thanks for the tip. Just ordered a bunch! My Etsy store is http://www.etsy.com/shop/myenchantedfairytale if anyone is still shopping for bouquets or centerpiece toppers I can do pretty much anything, feel free to send pics!

@HisMoon: I recently got married and made an awesome bouquet and several invitations with silver, crystals and rhinestone brooches I got from this vendor from this website: http://www.cheapweddingbrooches.com/ Many were ridiculously low priced with many under $5.00. The big hit is that they are quite large, so you’re not stuck with those tiny, weeny brooches many stick in their large lots. Also, they all have the pin in the back. It took me 2 weeks to search for the most elegant brooches for my project and this hit the target. Just wanted to share!
