1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tps baking powder
1 tps baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tps cinnamon (sift all together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon)
mix in order, pour into greased cookie sheet, bake at 350, 28-30 minutes
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 tps vanilla (I usually use almond
2 cups confectionary sugar
whip and cover cooled bars. cut in 2″ squares

thanks for this! i loooove pumpkin anything. i made pumpkin bread last weekend and i cant get enough of the pumpkin lattes at starbucks. looks like ill be baking this weekend 🙂

Oooooohhh, thanks for sharing this recipe, it sounds scrumptious!!!!! I’m sure I will be trying these out very soon, lol. I made Paula Deen’s “Oooey Gooey Butter Pumpkin Cake” last year for Thanksgiving, and it’s now going to be my tradition for a holiday dessert.

I also use 1 cup sugar, 1 cup splenda! Ends up tasting the same and cuts out some calories!!
