i am making a pumpkin pie for thanksgiving, which is an easy dish as far as i know. but i was wondering if anyone has any tips to make it really good! i bought an already made pillsbury crust, is there anything i can do with crust to make it better? any tips would be appreciated 🙂

Try brushing the crust with egg white and maybe sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on it before baking. Should be delicious! I also like to add extra spices to my pie (at least when I make it from scratch), like a little extra allspice, but you can’t Go wrong following the recipe. Good luck!

I agree with extra spice. Instead of using all the different spices (I just follow the recipe on the cans of pumpkin), I use pumpkin pie spice but I always add extra cinnamon. Comes out really yummy!

I always use fresh pumpkin and sweeten with honey. Along with the regular spices, like cinnamon and nutmeg, I like to add a little ginger.
