I’m wearing tights and heels to a wedding Saturday, and the heels keep slipping off on me because of the tights. I won’t always wear tights with them, but due to shortness of dress and coldness of Iowa, I have to wear tights.
Are there any tips or tricks or products to getting them to stay on with tights? Or should I exchange them for the next half size down? I’m afraid I’m gonna wipe out in them because I literally have to work at keeping them on my feet.

they have inserts that a kind of like gel that you can put in the back of the shoe. they can be removed and will help with the slipping. or double sided tape works too but not so pretty.

Add silicone heel pads to the inside of the heel.
You can buy them at shoe stores, Target, Kohls, drugstores etc.

Second question… can I threadjack my own thread? Haha, Is this dress too short to be wedding guest appropriate? I have crazy long legs so it’s longer than it looks. Tights are completely opaque.
Edit: Pic removed so people can’t figure out I’m me. 🙂 Thanks for the advice!

@Paiger8: length wise, I think it looks great! Maybe a little casual but not too short… Love your make up in pic 3, lol!

I think that because you’re wearing tights with the dress, it’s not too short. Otherwise it might toe the line.
