@sweetcandy53704: I’m sorry I am no help. But I was wondering where you purchased your manzanita branches? I am interested in having them for my wedding as well but I don’t know where to look! Thanks and sorry I am no help!

The wood doesn’t split if it sits around. I bought mine about 7 months in advance because it was harvest season and they were cheaper. The wood was totally fine when I painted it/built the centerpieces 7 months later. Just make sure you have somewhere that is dry-ish to store them so that they don’t get molded or anything!

@MlleBrielle: I got mine from Ebay. saveoncrafts.com also has a great selection! Some florists/floral markets also have them.

A lot of people actually use these as Decor in their house.

The two I sold already potted someone locally bought for decor in their house after the wedding…..

You just need alot of room to store and transport them especially if you pot them depending on how large you are going for.
