I have heard really awesome things.  A coworker of mine got a discount (not sure if it was groupon or living social or what) but she was instantly in love and still goes after a year!  I love ballet and would love to go but I don’t think I am in shape enough to keep up.  Those broads are pretty stacked.

I am dying to take one of these classes, but naturally, nowhere around here offers them.

i LOVE pure barre!! i have been doing it since january and have seen a major difference. I have abs for the first time in my life and my boyfriend loves my round bouncy tooshy!! i also have been doing paleo since january as well..im such an avid believer in it..i suggest you try it if you have access to a studio. your legs will shake and you will be sweating in the first 5 minutes, but it’s so worth it! every class is different so it keeps your body from plateauing! i took some pictures a couple months ago to show my progress to help other pure barre girls get modivated like they modivate me…

@karenlinebarger:  I live in Columbia, MO.  The closest ones I can find are in St. Louis, which is about 2 hours away.  🙁

@Linz1231:  Aw, dang – I was going to recommend Bar Method in Clayton, then I saw you live in CoMo. CoMo is amazing for a lot of things….being the first to get cool, hip things is not one of them Laughing

@StL.Ashley:  No kidding, LOL! We go to St. Louis pretty frequently (we have Blues season tickets) but it might be kind of crazy to go just for workouts, haha!

Columbia is great!

@karenlinebarger:  Haha, small world! 🙂

I used to do bar method when I lived in LA but sadly there are no studios where I live now. I believe they’re very similar and for me it was totally worth the price…love the classes!

I do Bar Method in Chicago and really love it!  It is crazy expensive but it’s worth it, to me.  It’s an hour of someone telling you what to do and how to do it, which is sorta what I need to work out.
