Congrats! you will save money having a boy since girls have all the cute clothes and accessories. I mean boy clothes are adorable too, but girls require more I think 🙂 Plus, boys are not as sassy/dramatic as girls. He will probably be a momma’s boy, thats usually how it goes hehe

Congrats!

Pros to having a boy:

– you will stay VERY active… running, jumping, kicking, throwing, active!

– you will find out more about the world than you ever thought existed.  I now know all the proper names for tractors, the inner-workings of airplanes, how to build just about anything out of legos, and how to make a rocking dirt pile.

– you will get all the awesome mother/son snuggles you can handle

– the boy baby clothes are super adorbs!  Check out Macy’s; they carry Kenneth Cole Reaction, Guess, Calvin Klein, etc.  Usually on super sale, and so freaking cute.

There’s more, I’m sure, but try not to get so hung up on the gender stereotypes.  My son, in addition to his tractor and dirt obsessions, also loves Disney movies like Cinderella, watches So You Think You Can Dance religiously, and takes tumbling lessons.  He loves art projects and cooking.

Welcome to Team Blue; you’re in for a wonderful journey!

@Mrs.LetsGoPens:  “You will save money with a boy, with little girls they have such adorable clothes and you are going to want to buy everything, boys it’s easier.”

THIS! If we were having a girl we would be broke. I would probably buy every single outfit out there because they’re just so adorable!

Congrats!! You will be the most amazing woman in the world to your little boy.  There is nothing like the love a boy has for his mommy.  Also, I echo the expense thing.  Every day I think to myself, if I was having a boy I would be spending so much less money.  Girl accessories get expensive.  I’ve had so much fun shopping for my best friend’s baby boy – little ties, seersucker, etc… you’re going to have so much fun with your boy…and you don’t have to worry about PMS with a boy.
