We are having a 5-course dinner reception at the Capital Grille. It will be sit down the whole time – no time spent mingling, etc.
The thing I’m wondering is – how many drinks should I reasonably budget for each person? It’s very heavy food, so my guess was that people would stop drinking as they entered the main course. Can anyone chime in on that line of thinking?

I looooooooove Capital Grill!!! Mmmmm….youre making me hungry! Idk about your guests but mine would most likely drink at the beginning..slow down during middle and start back up after dinner….How many ppl will u have? would it be more budget friendly to order bottles of wine per table or whatever and if ppl want beyond that they order/ pay for themselves? just a suggestion since drinks would cost lots of $$ Fiance and I are going there on “date night” after we get married (having Destination Wedding in Vegas no honeymoon) Good luck!
